Twelve cadets from the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras, Air Force ROTC Detachment 755 were given the opportunity to fly a Civil Air Patrol Cessna 182 with CAP 1st Lt. Rafael Fernandez, an official civilian USAF auxiliary pilot, Nov. 22. Each one-hour flight was comprised of three cadets and Lieutenant Fernandez.
